Jeff received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2001 and obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida in 1989. Jeff is also a former Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.  Prior to founding Davis Legal, PLLC, Jeff was employed as an insurance defense attorney where he litigated automobile liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist liability, personal injury protection, SIU, and subrogation cases.  As a former in-house trial attorney for two nationally recognized insurance companies, as well as having worked for large private personal injury firms, Jeff acquired valuable trial experience and was twice awarded the SIU Defense Litigation award and the Trial Jury Verdict award. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jeff also proudly served our country as Sergeant in the United States Army

Jeff is a person who truly cares for those who are going through difficult times and the burdens that go along with being injured.  Although Jeff has spent years winning trials in the courtroom around Tampa Bay, he prides himself even more on his personal, one-on-one contact with those who need help.
